Geok Kuan

Geok Kuan is the founder of both Juan Tea and Juan Herbal Cuisine. A firm believer in using locally grown and wild edibles for making food and beyond, Geok Kuan has been conducting workshops to share her belief and practice in this area since 2017.  

 

In December 2020, she published her first Mandarin book titled 都市野菜小品. The book provides good insight into some of the edibles that can be found and grown in Singapore, and their other uses.
